I didn't want to say what I was seeing because I thought some poor soul might be visiting for the first time and, not knowing there were such things, be scared to death. So I altered it a bit and said, "I see ropes wrapped around someone's lungs. Because of that constriction they aren't able to breathe, and God wants to heal them."

Last Friday night, February 26th, my husband, Mike, and I had an unusual night. We weren't speaking at a conference, traveling or busy, so we stayed home and watched the movie Robinson Crusoe.
The next morning we watched in shock and distress as news reached us that an 8.8 magnitude earthquake had shaken Chile during the night and that a tsunami wave had rolled over Robinson Crusoe Island just off the Chilean coast.
While watching the news and praying, I recalled speaking at Chuck Pierce's Starting the Year off Right conference in Denton, Texas, on December 31, 2009. Chuck prophesied that the Lord would begin to buckle highways as a sign of rearranging the order of the earth so that the covenant with God's land could now manifest in a way that it was stopped from manifesting in the last season.
"Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you" (Eph. 5:14, NASB).
We are in a fresh season of awakening. People are beginning to experience, hunger for and thirst for God in new ways. People everywhere are finding God as they have not found Him before. We have witnessed in recent weeks that people are beginning to think differently from before, perhaps even beyond how they've thought before. God promised to pour out His Spirit on all flesh (see Joel 2:28-29).

The prophet in his day is fully accepted of God and totally rejected by men.
Years back, Dr. Gregory Mantle was right when he said, "No man can be fully accepted until he is totally rejected." The prophet of the Lord is aware of both these experiences. They are his "brand name."
The group, challenged by the prophet because they are smug and comfortably insulated from a perishing world in their warm but untested theology, is not likely to vote him "Man of the Year" when he refers to them as habituates of the synagogue of Satan!
The prophet comes to set up that which is upset. His work is to call into line those who are out of line! He is unpopular because he opposes the popular in morality and spirituality.
It's the tangible sense of His love and peace. It's the heat or feeling of electricity flowing through you when someone prays for you and you know you're being touched. At our church and others it's also been audible angel song, feathers that fall from the air or angelic instruments we sometimes hear.
We are truly entering a new season. We must enter this season watching and listening. We must enter it with joy. Listen carefully to the revelation that the Lord is bringing forth in this hour.
Below is additional revelation from the session in which Cindy Jacobs ministered at our Starting the Year Off Right conference. It was a powerful session, with prophecy, tongues and interpretation. The video on our media page (scroll down the page to see it) is very powerful. God does not do anything without first telling His prophets.
Several themes and Scriptures for 2010 have been highlighted to me by the Holy Spirit recently as I have waited on the Lord. I believe we are entering into a crucial time, and I have some wonderful prophetic encouragements to share as well as some urgent prophetic warnings concerning the year ahead. As we meditate on God's promises and the following Scriptures, I believe 2010 will be a year of great fruitfulness in our lives!
This is the word given through a compilation of the prophetic releases and consensus of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE). There are differing variables that can affect the timing and/or coming to pass of these words:
1. All prophecy not contained in Scripture is conditional.
2. A prophecy may take longer than one calendar year to come to pass. Some [will] take many years to fulfill.
3. It is possible that prophetic warnings will cause either the person or the nation to repent and so turn away the judgment prophesied. Biblically, this happened when Jonah prophesied to Nineveh and the city repented, causing God to relent.
The year 2010 has ushered us into a new decade in the 21st century. Blessings, grace and prosperity are yours in 2010. It is harvest time!
The Bible tells us: "'Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe. So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested'" (Rev. 14:15-16).
I declare to you: "Prepare your sickle as the Lord of the Harvest releases the harvest for you to reap your portion." Like the men of Issachar, we must know the times and seasons so that we can work them skillfully to our advantage for personal and kingdom advancement.
As another new year begins, it is time to reflect on the last 365 days. In welcoming 2010, we not only say good-bye to 2009 but also cross the threshold into the second decade of the new millennium. Regardless of uncertainty, fear and unsettling headlines, the pages of the calendar continue to turn. And they will until God says otherwise!
Reflection gives each of us the opportunity to look back and remember all the Lord has done for us and with us during the last year. Reflection is an opportunity to put events in perspective. In many ways, reflection provides that last piece of the year's jigsaw puzzle necessary for launching into the new.
"Days of wonder and days of dread, these are the days that lie ahead." These words bubbled up in my spirit recently as a prophetic song. I could not take them lightly as this is the second time in the last few weeks God has given me a song with the exact same theme and message. The first song started, "Great and grave things will be happening / all at the same time--intertwined." I believe God is speaking through these songs and confirming to us what lies ahead.
The church is entering into a new season. Many are about to experience great restoration and harvest in their lives.
John 10:10 declares: "The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)" (The Amplified Bible). It may feel as if the enemy has come in like a thief and tried to rob, steal, kill and destroy. But I have a word from the Lord for you:
The thief has been found out!
In this season we must rehearse the Word! We must meditate on what God says until the power of that revelation enters our bloodstreams and cell structures. We also must learn to worship and minister in our homes. Doing so will allow our gifts to be activated in new ways in small groups. When the time comes that we are not free [to worship publicly in our church buildings], we will already know how to continue in our homes. Take the points below and use them to speak into your life and the environment around you.
I have believed for a long time—since I entered the financial industry nearly 30 years ago—that there would be a day when America and the world would go through some incredibly difficult financial times. I have known from my own research that demographically everything pointed to the year 2010 for the economy to roll over, but I think we are now on the front edge of that storm, perhaps two years prematurely. The economic winter—essentially a "Category 5" financial hurricane—has started, and I don't think it is going to be over anytime soon. Bounces will occur along the way, but the demographic winter is here to stay for the foreseeable future.
